Job Description

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment Are you looking to take an exciting dive into the payroll function for a huge contract Does the idea of working for one of the biggest names in ecommerce excite youWe are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our ASOS site in Barnsley on a full time 6-month fixed term contract. You will be required to work Monday to Friday between 07:00-17:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle towork scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:

  • Assist with the weekly and monthly payroll for the site in a timely manner
  • Efficiently update and maintain the T&A system with new starters, holidays and absence
  • Ensure all payroll queries are actioned, resolved and escalated where needed
  • Conduct general administrative duties to include all files and spreadsheets being kept up to date and accurate
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a payroll or HR role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office and other systems/databases
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability prioritise workload effectively
