Job Description

HR ADMINISTRATOR 6 MONTH FTC-23K-25KA fantastic opportunity for a HR professional has arisen with my global client at their site in Barnsley.As a HR Administratoryou will be assisting the HR team in the effective day to day running of the HR Department and providing an effective administration service to management teams and employees.Here are some of the key duties within the role:

  • Effective internal HR support and guidance
  • Co-ordination of recruitment activities within the depot including on boarding of new team members
  • Provide advice and support to employees and the management team
  • Utilise the SAP HR System to deal with all aspects of employment
  • Collate and produce HR reports
  • Maintaining internal databases/ spreadsheets and ensure an accurate electronic filing system
  • Involvement in HR related projects, policies and initiatives as required
  • Ensure effective communication with employees on site
  • Support and promote the site cultural agenda and assist with driving this forward
The role is in a fast paced environment and needs an experienced HR individual who can cope with an every changing to do listYou must have previously worked as either a HR Administrator or Advisor.My client can offer some fantastic benefits including.
