Job Description

Job Opportunity: Hospitality AssistantLocation: Priory Campus, Lundwood.Reporting to: Head ChefSalary: £10.42 per hourWere on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Hospitality Assistant to join the cafe team. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for business meetings, networking events, expos, and more. As they grow their services, they need passionateindividuals to help them achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in preparing meals for large-scale events, catering to 200+ guests.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and contribute to enhancing kitchen processes.
  • Uphold stringent standards of health, safety, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Assist in managing inventory, minimising wastage, and replenishing stock as required.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding operational targets set by the company.
  • Maintain impeccable food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Aid in food service, including taking orders and handling transactions.
  • Perform kitchen cleaning duties and other general tasks as needed.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the menu to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Support the Head Chef in any additional tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
