Job Description

  • Global Sales Coordinator
  • £35,000 - £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

Client DetailsPage Group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business who have diverse customer base, with 85% being based across Europe, Asia and the Americas. This role will liaise directly with international customers, managing all interactionsand orders, providing a world class service at all timesDescription
  • Provide a world class level of service to customer during all interactions
  • Provide customers with pricing and quotations based on their specific requirements
  • Manage customer orders from order processing through to fulfilment, making aware of any potential changes throughout
  • Liaise with production to understand stock levels and lead times
  • Provide customers with responses within pre agreed service levels
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across the UK and Internationally
  • Build and maintain relationships with key B2B Customers
  • Undertake ad-hoc admin requirements based on customer needs
