Customer Service Advisor Salary Expectation - £21,000 - £23,000Working Hours - Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm).Location - Barnsley The vacancyMy client is one of the UKs largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 14 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Humberside, with a turnover of £48m in 2019 and employing over 360 staff, are looking fora Customer Service Advisor for the Barnsley. Client is all about the people within it and are confident it is one of the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the repairer of choice for our work providers, their customers, and colleagues within the industry, whilst ensuring that our customers are atthe heart of what their do. This role is a customer service role, where you will keep customers updated on the status of their repairs, book them in for repairs, and arrange collection and deliveries. Training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
