Commercial Property Legal AssistantSouth YorkshireQED Legal are working with a strong regional law firm in South Yorkshire who are looking for a commercial property legal assistant to join their team.The role will be out of their Barnsley office.The firm have a new fee earner joining them and are looking for a commercial property legal assistant to help with the caseload.The team consists of 2 Partners, 1 other fee earners, 2 other legal assistants, and a typist.The role will be to assist the fee earner with:-Taking Instructions and opening new files-Overseeing sale and purchase transactions-Conducting property searches-Liaising with mortgage provider and brokers-Preparing client packs for sign off-Post Completion mattersThis is a full-time position ideally but will look at an experienced assistant looking for a part time role.Salary is competitive based on experienceIf you would like to hear more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.
