I am currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to work for a well-known supermarket chain to assist them in this period of very high demand. You will be working out of the Goldthorpe site in Barnsley you will be making deliveries to various outlets throughout South Yorkshire Shifts Available And Pay Rates Days 10am - 8pm, £11 per hour (£13 limited) Nights 9pm - 7am, £12.00 per hour (£14 Limited) Weekend work will be available, approximately 10 hour shift times You will; Undergo a Health and Safety induction, which lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours; Follow, or shadow another Class 1 vehicle which will be fully loaded for one week to gain an understanding of routes and procedures (upon successful completion of your induction); Be given your own route to deliver to, normally, their larger supermarket sites, and will be over at least 5 days Safety boots will be required for this role, as are presentable dress.
