Job Description

Business Support Officer required to join Childrens Safeguarding team within Barnsley.This position is: * Full time - 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday.* Temporary - Initial 3 months, with the possibility of extension Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of Child Protection Conferences and associated processes.
  • Minute taking in meetings and taking notes straight onto a laptop where emotive content is discussed and parents present.
  • Updating of Childrens Social Care case files etc.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience
  • Level 2 qualification in an appropriate area.
  • Training on Microsoft Office.
** Due to the nature of this role, any of the meetings are emotive in content and whilst a level of personal resilience is required, support will be provided through regular one to one meetings and de-briefings ** The benefits of working with SCS:
