A leading manufacturer who are approaching a period of change and progression have a brand new role for a talented and dynamic Business Analyst. The business are market leading in their sector, and have big plans for both an ERP implementation as well as a wider review and refinement of the current processes and systems. The core focus of this role is leading on the capture, shaping and refinement of business requirements associated with potential IT projects and changes through application of structured analysis techniques, and supporting the implementation of IT-enabled changes with specific focus on business process change. Reporting into the Group IT Director, you will have the opportunity to play a key involvement in the ERP implementation that will be focused on the UK side of the business but impact the wider Global function. You will act as a true Business Partner, working across divisions and Senior Management Teams - leading workshops and training and be exposed across the group. You will engage with key business stakeholders to build up a detailed understanding of the functional environment and working directly with stakeholders, apply appropriate techniques to extract, document and analyse requirements that are associated with potential IT changes or projects.With this being a new role there is plenty of scope for progression and growth, with the business looking to add further positions to the team over the next 2 years. They are looking for someone who wants to enjoy a challenge in the short term but also build a long term legacy within the role.An excellent benefits and salary is on offer.
