Job Description

Are you a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal and organisational skillsThe opportunity has arisen at a well established lettings company in Barnsley who believe their staff are the lifeblood of the companys success! Who wouldnt want to be a part of that mind-set! They are looking for a Lettings Administrator to assist indealing with all administrative duties.So whats the role

  • Management of property portfolio of over 150 tenancies, advertising and maintenance of properties organising and liaising with contractors
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Deal with tenant applications
  • Project manage property renovations and repairs
  • Book Check in and checkouts, House inspections
  • Ensuring compliance to housing legislation
  • Book Viewings and marketing including organising photos and videos
  • Booking compliance checks including Legionnaires testing
  • Contracts including tenant referencing
Do you have
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Solid IT Skills e.g Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • High standards of organisation
  • The mind-set to expand your skills and knowledge!
Role Details:
  • Lettings Administrator
  • Barnsley
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (with one Saturday in every 4, 9am-1pm)
  • £19,000+ with the opportunity for bonus
