Job Description

The Team Secretary will provide crucial support for a client within the Property and Housing sector, focusing on Secretarial and Business Support for the office. The role entails a range of responsibilities from administrative tasks to client coordination.Client DetailsThe firm is a medium sized company within the Property and Housing industry, with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality service to clients. The role is based in Barnet in a friendly and supportive work environment.Description

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Copy/Audio typing letters, reports and standard documents from handwritten drafts or digital dictation
  • Coordinate with clients and handle correspondence effectively
  • Formatting documents in both Excel and Word
  • Diary management
  • Filing/ Copying
  • Prepare and manage documents related to property transactions
  • Handle scheduling and meeting arrangements
  • Contribute to team efficiency by undertaking appropriate ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Support the team in the implementation of project plans
ProfileAn ideal Team Secretary will have:
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Experience in a Team Secretary or similar role
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Detail-orientated and highly organised
  • Live locally to Barnet
