SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT Secondary schoolBarnetStart September 2020Veritas are currently working with a Secondary school in Barnet. The school require a TEACHING ASSISTANT to work in class with SEN students, majority with ASD. Having experience dealing with challenging behaviour and being proactive in your approach to these students is key. The school will consider candidates with support/HCA backgrounds that have a keen interest in supporting these young individuals.Manual handling and Personal Care training is ESSENTIAL as you will be required to support students that have physical disabilities.The school is located close to a mainline train station and various local bus routes. There is parking available at this school.
