Executive AssistantBarnet High Street, EN5£33k to £37kI have known this client for approx. 3 years.Hes a warm hearted tech entrepreneur under 30 who is exceptionally successful.He needs helpThis is a real EA role and not to be confused with a PA position; although he could do with some support around his travel and personal life (he has a long term partner who also has her own successful business)Youll need to be tech savvy and have a VERY good feel for eCommerce.Youll be a wizard with Excel and a fast typist.Hes a very hard worker with multiple business interests plus a property portfolio.Hours are 8/5 with half an hour for lunchIts a full on role - however two days a week WFH is available after the first three months.He needs someone who can support and guide his staff, some HR, creating reports and organising workflowsImportantly, youll be used to making commercial decisions providing my client with the opportunity to focus on strategy.You might be a graduate in law, accounts or business management and used to running meetings yourself.Youll be widely read, probably the FT or the Economist.If he wants to discuss SEO, exchange rates or Crypto youll need to be fully up to speed.Contact Graham
