Accurate AdministratorBarnet High Street, EN5This is a highly unusual role for a VERY bright, detail focused admin with at least 3 years work exp (possibly post graduation).Not unlike a stockbrokers, this is a trading firm with multiple transactions and clients every day.It has elements of logistics too so we need almost OBSESSIVE levels of detail,Significant data entry (so an OCD approach is useful) plus some cliebt calls.Some client contact, and some gentle easy going banter but as mistakes are v costly - we need a very serious, diligent person.Finance, banking, insurance, stockbroking background useful.The owner/MD will train you and youll report into and work alongside a late 20s lady who we recruited 2 years before Covid. She really knows her stuff and will mentor you.There are times of significant stress but there is no yelling etc. They are cool and calm under pressure.You will need to have OUTSTANDING attention to detail, terrific mental maths and a logical approach. If I can be blunt - we need someone who has common sense and applied intelligence to self check and spot patterns.Most days are the same; there is a routine here that must be stuck to. If you are off sick it creates real problems.The business is growing and there are opportunities for more responsibility in time.Paying £23,000 to £26,000.Barnet High Street.Only apply if you can get to Barnet High Street within 40 mins max in rush hour.
