Role: Accounts Payable AssistantContract Type: 3 month contract to possible permRole type: Office basedLocation: Potters BarSalary: £26k pro rated for 3 monthsSummary of role: Accurate recording, monitoring, management and reporting of all payables as allocated to you.Responsibilitiesa) Seeking approval from authorisers for all supplier invoices receivedb) Processing and recording of such Supplier invoicesc) Ensuring re-charges are processed where relevant.d) Resolution of supplier queries.e) Preparation of Supplier payments via BACS.f) Receiving and management of emails.g) Assisting with supplier phone queries.h) Reconciling Supplier accounts to statements.i) You will carry out such other duties as the Company may reasonably assign to you from time to time that are commensurate with your experience and status within the Company.
