Job Description

I have a great opportunity for an Office Manager/PA to work on a varied role for a specialist building contractor for their close-knit and face-paced office. The ideal candidate will have previous officer manager experience within construction/engineeringsector but this is not essential.Contract: PermanentSalary: £30,000 to £32,000 (DOE)Hours of work: Monday to Friday (some flexibility with working hours)Location: Barking (parking onsite) Duties

  • Office Management - ordering stationery and supplies, liaising with contractors
  • Answering the phone, sorting post, managing the inbox
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support typing minutes, binding, photocopying, research, etc
  • Assisting with project administration and document control
  • Monthly absence reporting and time sheet data entry.
  • Processing of expenses
Personal
  • Previous office management experience
  • Be an excellent organiser and team player
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and a team player
