Job Description

My client is in the food industry and is looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Administrator, with experience in the food & drink or retail industry, to join their team. The company is in a growth phase and offers future career opportunity. Lithuanian language skills would be an advantage.Role Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first line of contact to visitors and offering a positive and friendly company image
  • Timely and professional response to any enquiries or queries
  • Respond to all enquiries within our service level agreements and track completion levels
  • Manage complaints and issues within our guidelines and track and resolve all issues
  • Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success
  • Skills Required:
  • Great listening and communications skills via phone, live chat, email and in person
  • Experience in a customer care role
  • Experience in managing complaints and issues in a polite and professional and friendly manner
  • Experience within either food/drink/fmcg or retail industries required
  • Experience managing CRM system and updating notes
  • Ability to monitor and report regularly on results and be able to review data
  • This is a role that requires working 2 Saturdays a month with a day off in lieu in the week.
