Job Description

Encore Personnelare recruiting experienced Warehouse Operativesfor our client’s warehouse and distribution centre basedin Bardon, Coalville.Yourshiftpattern will beMonday to Friday 6am-2.30pm and 2.30pm - 11pm on rotational weekly basis.You will be responsible, as part of a team for:

  • Ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Goods in and put away tasks
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Wrapping and building pallets
  • Using handscanners
  • Making sure that you are working to a safe and responsible standard
  • Processing orders - picking and packing
  • General housekeeping / cleaning of the warehouse
  • Any other duties as requested by your supervisor;
As a successfulcandidate, you must be:
  • You must be reliable and a hard-working
  • You must be able to work alone or work as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to details;
As a Warehouse Operative, you will receive:
  • The rate of pay is£11.05 an hour
  • Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate
