  • Working closely with the supply chain network to improve efficiencies in day to day activities including picking, packing, despatch and returns
  • Accountability for insight and improvement activity for stock management costs associated within the supply chain and the wider Belron UK Network.
  • Implementation of improvements within Belron UK Network associated with stock management.
  • Review and implement new technology to improve stock accuracy throughout the supply chain.
  • Implementation of supersessions to ensure that the stock profile is up to date.
  • Packaging review of products / locations in the main distribution centre.
  • Review and improvements of the stock storage solutions through the Belron UK Network.
  • Work closely with the planning and forecast team to ensure that the stock levels are achievable and prevent any overspill stock ensuring safe storage of all products throughout the BUK Network.
  • Introduce, monitor and improve best practice across all Belron UK stock points.
  • Complete timing studies to improve efficiencies within the Belron UK Network
Planning & Efficiency
  • Ownership of the offsite storage facility ensuring that stock levels are accurate and the stock is in the right place at the right time.
  • Improvement of pick locations on a monthly basis ensuring that the stock is in the most efficient location.
  • Key metric reporting on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
  • Planning of stock profiles within Supply Chain network.
  • Monitoring of stock throughout the Supply Chain ensuring that processes and procedures are being followed by all staff
Customer Services
  • Responsibility for Supply Chain customer service team .
  • Management of in day couriers / vans.
  • Stock checking of stock as and when required.
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries in a timely and affective manner.
