Job Description

My national based client is looking to recruit a senior CRM executive on a fulltime 12 month contract basis.Duties and qualifications required

  • Manages customer databases, segmentation and data protection preferences to effectively manage CRM activity and create personalised and automated marketing campaigns
  • Build relevant newsletter, lifecycle, abandonment and automated trigger journey campaigns based on data analysis
  • Create and monitor RFM and behavioural segments of our customers and create campaigns to maximise opportunity, improve retention and build LTV
  • Develop leads and prospects into customers
  • Develop SMS and retargeting campaigns
  • Ensures all communications with the customer or prospect use optimal marketing messages and branding, to increase engagement, encourage repeat business, develop brand loyalty, and ultimately drive revenue – creating an effective customer journey
  • Works closely with Customer Engagement Manager and rest of marketing team, to plan and develop ideas for content, imagery, and graphics, and use these to create inspiring marketing campaigns;
  • Constantly tests and monitors CRM campaigns to improve KPIs;
  • Manages external and internal designers to produce marketing collateral for marketing campaigns, ensuring that brand and tone are consistent and effective;
  • Keeps abreast of competitor activity and brands targeting older / disabled people or carers to explore new opportunities for maximising engagement or revenue.
  • Works with other departments to develop campaigns based on business needs, i.e. driving sales of NRS branded products, promoting new products, etc
  • Works closely with clinical / OT team to ensure relevant content is available through campaigns
  • Develops printed marketing materials when required to support sales team efforts
  • Essential understanding and experience
  • Strong CRM experience
  • Strong experience using with CRM/CDP/ESP tools
  • Strong understanding of GDPR
  • Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation
  • Able to create CRM journeys
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Eye for detail, design-led, able to brief designers and achieve desired look and content
  • Effective content writer
  • Planning expert, able to keep to deadlines
  • Literate in google analytics, excel, email platforms
  • Able to work independently and with teams around the business
