Manpower are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for a prestigious client based in Bardon, LeicestershireReporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for adding vacancies to our recruitment system and job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date, organising interviews and supporting the recruitmentteam with all relevant projects.The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ideally within Recruitment or Human Resources.Key AccountabilitiesSupport the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring processManage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to dateCoordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organising teams calls, candidate confirmations, update of ATS system and interview schedule trackerMaintain all recruitment folders with up to date documents such as interview templates and job descriptionsAct as liaison with the HR Team, supporting of the candidate on-boarding process and highlighting any issuesKnowledgeATS systemsFamiliar with HR Administration & Recruitment ProcessesOnboardingSkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular)Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skillsGood attention to detailFlexible and adaptable to changeAble to work in a fast-paced environmentSystems and process orientatedThis is a Hybrid temp to perm position working 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday paying £14 per hour
