Main DutiesThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is a team contributor role that works in concert with the Regional/Territory Sales Managers (RSM/TSM). As a sales team the ISR is paired with two of the RSM/TSMs in territories with the mutual objective of achievingthe assigned sales objectives.PROACTIVE OUTBOUND SALES ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:o There will be proactive, outbound telesales activities for at least 4 hours per day focussed on geographical regions where there will be up to two Regional F2F Sales Repso Phone and email follow up of opportunitieso Phone and email follow up to existing customer account management targeting growtho Selling to new business including some cold prospectso Spend monitoring & pipelineo Analysing cross sell opportunitieso Prospect qualification and gradingo Lapsed customer recoveryo Establish buying hierarchies and influencers within key clientso Some appointment makingo Manage F2F timetableo Generate call reportso CRM tasks and follow upo Quote Co-ordinationo Reporting on given KPIsManage your workload and support other team members where necessaryWhat will you be offered:
