Senior Support WorkerDriver Required for the postWe are looking for a Full Time Senior Support Worker to be based in Falkirk£10.86 per hour and paid mileageShifts are:-Week 1Monday to Friday 10am5pm. On Call on a rolling rotaWeek 2Tuesday to Thursday 10am5pm. Saturday will be 7 hours throughout the day to meet the compliance needs of the business. Hours of work will be given in advance.Week 3Tuesday to Thursday 10am5pm. On Call 5pm Friday to 9am MondayThis is an exciting opportunity for aSenior Support Workerto join our team in Falkirk. We are looking for an individualwho issolutions focused and are capable of balancing a number of conflicting priorities whilst remaining professional and deliveringthe highest possible levels of service delivery. As a Senior Support worker you will be the link between the People we Support, Customers and Support Workers.You will be logical, analytical, organised and pay attention to detail. Resilience, confidence and communication skills are key. You will be capable of working within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure the highest standards of care are at the heart ofevery aspect of our service.We require someone who has previous homecare experience and due to the nature of our work and location you must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
