With a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 the answer here is - very. That salary bracket brings extra responsibility. Youll spend a lot of time building relationships with clients. Youll be the new business co-ordinator, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, an integral time.And because of that, youll be someone they cant do without.Youll need administration experience within financial planning and be ultra organised. Youll enjoy speaking to clients and be able to spot problems before anyone else does.Salary is to £35,000 plus benefits (pension, DIS). Its a business in growth mode so theyre happy to pay for exams and put in place a progression pathway.
