ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, youll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events.Put simply, youll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.ABOUT YOUYou dont need any specific experience to join us as an Activities Assistant, so you could come from any background.
