Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a successful finance team with a well-established business located on the outskirts of Belfast.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Administrator will be specifically responsible for the purchase ledger and sub-contractor ledger.Duties will include: New Sub-Contractor set-up and verification CIS Ledgeropen balance Processing CIS payments to sub-contractors HMRC CIS Payment Bank transactions on SAGE Employee expenses Away expenses / allowances / ROIexpenses Purchase invoices Employee security formsThe Person:Candidates will have experience working in a similar role within the construction industry, will have experience of processing CIS payments, will have a working knowledge of Sage software and will be a confident user of MS Excel.Please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email
