Job Description

Spanish speaking Accounts Payable ManagerBalham£32,000 to £35,000Full-Time PermanentOur clienthas an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Balham. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the complete life cycle of thebusiness transactions. You will be dealing with invoice receipt,payment and reconciliation. In Addition, you will be supporting in the monthly closing process.Key Responsibilities as a Spanish speaking Accounts Payable Manager

  • Produce and monitor the Accounts Payable workflows and purposes
  • Guarantee precise and timely administering of payments, delivering support when required
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable monthly completion of financial records and month-end settlements as required by Accounting, Inventory and Credit, including accurate accruals
  • Preserve and ensure precision of the supplier master file and examine all tasks including new additions, deletions, profile updates
  • Accountable for the Accounts Payable Assistant
Key Requirements as a Spanish speaking Accounts Payable Manager
  • Skilful in Spanish and English
  • A bookkeeping/AAT qualification is of interest but not necessary
  • Proficient C Skills -in the use of MS Word, MS Excel Advanced, Purchase ledger and accounting software
  • Outstanding knowledge of supplier and purchase ledger reconciliation and extensive experience with Purchasing and Accounts Payable systems, workflows
  • Experience of accounting policies and procedures including accrual accounting, GR/IR, internal controls and accounts payable register and VAT
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Greatattention to detail with a well organised
  • Friendly and open personality
