Job Description

Residential Sales Manager | Balham | Min: £85K OTE + Company CarIf you are looking to develop and grow a sales department to become the number one choice for clients and customers in the area, the client will provide you with all the tools you need to ensure success.This is a demanding role that carries a lot of responsibility and requires the highest standards of professionalism, the sharpest negotiation skills, and a strong work ethic.As a Residential Sales Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Generating and winning Market Appraisals.
  • Providing vendor feedback.
  • Generating strong relationships with clients & local businesses in order to generate referrals within the market.
  • Managing the sales process from valuation to move-in.
  • Overseeing the training and development of negotiators
  • Conducting sales meetings
  • Setting targets and monitoring staff performance as well as providing assistance and management to those that need it
Requirements
  • Proven track record in valuations, instructions, and sales
  • Be able to work effectively managing a team
  • Knowledge of the South West London area preferred - although not essential!
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Ability to identify market trends
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
