Job Description

Our client are currently recruiting for a Polish and German Speaking Customer Service Executive to work for an excellent company based in South Cambridge. Its a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow the team. The role isa full-time permanent position.Typical duties include:

  • Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
  • Contacting customers to update them on their orders
  • Administrative duties centered around the processing of orders
  • Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
  • Accurate data entry into the salesforce system
The Successful Candidate:
  • Written and spoken fluency in Polish and German
  • Experience in a customer orientated position
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
