Job Description

Cordant People are looking for a full time, permanent employee who is either looking to begin their career in recruitment or someone who has worked in recruitment, but isnt looking for a cold calling sales position.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Candidate sourcing and attraction.
  • Matching job specifications to candidates.
  • Interviewing.
  • Managing interview process.
  • Processing job offers and invoices.
  • Developing client relationships.
  • Data entry.
    • This role will be suited to someone who has worked in a process driven environment, that is organised, methodical and hardworking. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Give examples of working towards deadlines and goals.
  • Be able to display critical decision making.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think outside the box.
  • Be able to demonstrate ownership.
  • Have the ability to follow processes.
