Job Description

*Do you have project finance and administration experience*Do you have good attention to detail and can prioritise your own workloadWillett Food Projects are looking for an admin/support individual for a 12-month period. The role forms part of a small but high functioning team of food factory designers and construction managers. The role will be supporting two high-profile food manufacturingprojects, but will also include ad hoc support to the company director.You will be required to work 3 days a week (Mon, Weds and Fri) from home and at our home company office in Axminster. The core hours are 8.30am to 4pm, with some additional hours required ad hoc. You will be paid for every hour worked, with hourly rate £13-16phD.O.E.If you are looking for a flexible, part time position with good hourly pay, company pension (+ all other business equipment included, phone laptop etc) then do apply.Role OverviewThe role forms part of a small but highly functioning team of food factory designers, project managers and site construction managers. The role will primarily be in support of two high profile food manufacturing contracts recently won, but where time allows,will also support the company director and day to day business admin.Duties include

  1. Track project costs and produce monthly reports on the budget and cashflow
  2. Liaise with site management team on upcoming costs and any site requirements
  3. Send invoices to the client and monitor that they are paid by due date
  4. Seek necessary approval for invoices to be paid and arrange for their payment
  5. Pay suppliers and liaise with suppliers to resolve any payment issues should they arise
  6. Order and purchase project materials, arrange deliveries and track status of orders
  7. Provide clerical and administrative support for the site management team
  8. Provide clerical and administrative support for the company director / business as required
Skills and Experience (Desirable)
  1. Experience in project finance & administration and producing statistical reports.
  2. You will need to be confident and articulate with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  3. You will need excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge - using Word and Excel frequently.
  4. Any experience you have working with construction type companies would be highly favourable.
