  • Being able to confidently communicate with customers and provide a friendly service
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure new visitors are retained for the future
  • Learn to follow set sales and aftersales process
  • Promote and cross-sell other products and services
  • Retain and build product knowledge to share positively with customers
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience
