Job Description

Service Manager required for a leading business near Attleborough, who specialise in Fire & Security services.Working closely with the Branch Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including but not limited to:

  • Manage a team of Engineers & Administration staff
  • PPM maintenance, testing and inspection
  • Produce Risk Assessment Method Statements
  • Produce quotations for variations & remedial works
  • Stay updated on on fire and H&S industry trends, market activities & competitor activity
  • Have excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Provide support, information and guidance to customers, actively recommending solutions to problems
    • In order for your application to be considered, you will need at least 5 years of experience working in the Fire systems industry, alongside knowledge of basic commissioning of various Fire Alarm systems and be able to carry out both installation, and commissioning of projects.Additional Skills Required:
  • FIA Fire Alarm accreditation
  • An understanding of Health & Safety at work
  • Alarms/Maintenance/Fault Finding, or an equivalent qualification
  • An in-depth knowledge of numerous Fire Alarm addressable and related systems.
  • An electronics qualification would be an advantage but not essential
