Job Description

Grade A Recruitment is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Pupil Specific SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in South Norfolk, near Attleborough. This role involves supporting a young person with learning difficulties,making a real and positive impact on their educational journey.SEN Teaching Assistnt - Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a pupil with learning difficulties.
  • Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the pupil in all school activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties.
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference.
  • Due to the schools location, access to your own transport is required.
