Job Description

Quality Controller / £24,000-£28,000 / Based in Attleborough / Monday to Friday / 8.30am-5.00pm / PermanentHales Group are happy to be working with a reputable company based in a prime location for train links. Our client is a manufacturer who is looking for a candidate who can come in as a Quality Controller to work alongside the management team.Hours8.30am - 5.00pmSalary£24,000 - £28,000 PA DOEDuties include but are not limited to:

  • Quality Inspection and 1st off on the shop floor.
  • Promoting and monitoring standards through out the manufacturing process.
  • Checking goods prior to dispatch.
  • Approving client samples.
  • Documenting and improving the systems & quality processes including critical control points.
  • Setting up SOPs and assisting staff training on the expected quality checks & standards.
  • Secondary role covering holidays in key areas in Assembly & Goods In.
The Candidate:
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Previous experience of in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in woodworking manufacture environment would be beneficial.
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident with problem solving
  • Implement improvements whilst working closely with the management team and factory operatives is essential.
