Job Description

PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A ADMINISTRATION MANAGERCore Recruiter are recruiting for an Administration Manager to join a reputable haulage and aggregates business based in Attleborough, Norfolk.They are looking for an individual who comes from an Accounts background with good communication skills who has a takes pride in their job and has an eye for detail.Salary/Package; Up to £40kRole Requirements;

  • Supporting the HR Function, maintenance of employee contracts and handbooks and personnel folders, always upholding confidentiality.
  • Manage and administer all the insurance requirements for group business. This will be inclusive of all the administration requirements, preparing and presenting the annual renewal for all policies across the board, liaising with internal and external partiesand ensuring the smooth running of indemnity.
  • Notifying the Broker of accidents, monitor and follow up claims as they unfold. Prepare camera footage and evidence, liaising heavily with the transport office. Adding and removing vehicles to the Fleet policy, and ensuring all new plant, buildings andrisks are always covered.
  • Undertake diary management and appointment making, accompany the Director or Managers to meetings on occasion for the purpose of minute taking.
  • Assisting with audits from external parties such at the Company Accountants and the banks. Working with the Manager on HR issues or recruitment.
  • Provide a good coverage of accounts duties for holiday cover or absence to other divisions.
  • Advertise and promote new vacancies, via job boards, company website and social media channels. Screen incoming applicants, assist in selecting candidates and management thereafter from selection process to offer of employment letter. This can involve liaisingwith recruitment agencies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and word.
  • Previous knowledge of Sage Accountancy Software would be advantageous.
  • Accounts qualified would be beneficial but not essential.
