Job Description

Due to significant growth on a global scale, we are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a busy technology function in Atherstone, Warwickshire working from home 2 - 3 days per week. You will join a collaborative team in a fast paced and exciting environment.LOCATION: Atherstone, WarwickshireSALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 + hybrid working, flexible working, excellent package, Regular salary increments, Enhanced pension scheme, Flexibility, 33 days holiday, Online benefits, Death in service, Onsite parking and Perks package.Duties and responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:Overall, you will be experienced in supporting general user workspace devices and systems: - You will be supporting a MS Windows based environment (awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and networking technologies such as switches, routers, CAT5e/CAT6 cabling, DNS, DHCP) - You will be supporting mobile computing devices (laptops, iPads, iPhones) - You will be involved in installations, rollouts and general onsite support.- You will have the potential to participate in projects.If you would like to work in a dynamic environment that offers incredible support, please do get in touch.
