Job Description

The dogs and goats wandering around the office help, of course.They have shipped over 400,000 orders to more than 150 countries around the world last year, and they have plans to expand even further.Join them and help them on their journey to incredible.Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement the overall SEO strategy as defined by stakeholders alongside our internal teams, our freelancers or agency partners
  • Perform keyword research and trends forecasts to feedback to the merchandising and buying teams
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for content, based on research and the overall SEO strategy
  • Monitor and report on traffic, SEO KPIs on a regular basis
  • Manage and implement changes to the site navigation and website content to increase organic visibility
  • Perform crawl analysis, manage and implement changes to fix errors and improve
  • Monitor site speed on tools like Lighthouse and Pagespeed insights, work alongside other teams to maintain and improve our scores
  • Test and review new features and website content to ensure it is optimised
  • Support the technical team with CRO projects
  • Liaise with our agency partners on our SEO and PPC strategy
  • Take ownership of the Google Search Console and other search engine webmaster profiles
  • Keep up to date with SEO updates, algorithm updates, industry news and updates and implement any changes into our SEO strategy
  • Working alongside the technical team to implement technical SEO changes
  • Communicate to the team and management teams on projects, timelines and results
  • Experience:
  • Highly analytical and commercial
  • 3+ years in a digital marketing role with SEO focus
  • Track record of implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Solid understanding of the latest Google algorithm updates and their impact
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Adwords
  • Passionate about search marketing
  • Experience with SEMrush or similar
  • Experience with keyword research tools
  • Experience with ScreamingFrog/Web Crawling tool
  • Experience with a CMS
  • Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Monday, Trello.
  • Experience with Excel
  • Desirable: Experience with Shopify
  • Desirable: Experience with HTML + CSS
  • Candidates should also have the following qualities:
  • Methodical and thorough
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commercial - understand our revenue models and how to calculate profit, working within budgets and maintain our target ROI
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information to different teams
  • Comfortable providing feedback to teams on best practise ways to implement with SEO in mind
  • Proactive and self-sufficient. The successful candidate will be just as comfortable working and managing their own time as they are when working within a team on a project
  • Show initiative and ownership to push through tasks and projects that will achieve the overall goals
