Job Description

Your Company:The team at NET Recruit are partnering with a fast-growing client who is searching for a talented Receptionist to join their team in Atherstone, Warwickshire. With a mission to ensure that communities across the nation have continued and good access to moneyfrom reputable and reliable sources in the coming years, this company is working on a range of projects by working with nationally recognised finance and banking providers to design, build and run hubs within these communities that meet the needs of the stakeholderswith the environment. This position will important in the day-to-day operations of banking pods and the position holder will be the key point of contact for customers, providing information relating to the services that the organisation is offering, ensuring that customers havea clear understanding of current and future options they have available to them.This is an on-site role, in Atherstone and therefore applicants must be happy to travel to Atherstone for work.Your Roles and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:* Safekeeping the keys for the unit, ensuring that it is opened and closed at correct times and overseeing the general upkeep of it, whilst escalating any issues with the site as needed* Welcoming customers and introducing them to the services provided by the business, explaining what is upcoming and how the services work, including who has access to these solutions and how* Demonstrating how physical solutions such as devices will work for the services, mapping out the correct series of inputs into each device, such as which buttons to press to ensure the customer has a clear idea of how to utilise these best* Clarifying with customers on the correct process to handle claims and any disputes that may occur, ensuring they have a clear idea of how to escalate issues in a safe and appropriate way* Proactively obtaining customer feedback where possible, noting down any complaints or suggestions for future improvement* Engaging and supporting the community by promoting the offerings of the business and listening to feedbackWhat You Will Need To Apply:The company are seeking applicants with strong customer centred experience and either through customer service of 1st/2nd line support, possessing strong communication abilities. Applicants should be able to handle a variety of potential situations with clients,even potentially difficult scenarios and be able to find a positive and proactive resolution to these. It would be an added bonus if candidates came from a financial services background, however this is not mandatory.What You Will Get In Return:For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £25,000 would be on offer depending on previous experience relevant to the role.
