Job Description

Quality Manager required for my client based near to Nuneaton, who work within the manufacturing and production line area of engineering.The successful Quality Manager will have previous experience within quality standards and control systems and they must hold a PPAP Level 3 qualification.Quality Manager Position Overview

  • Working within the quality engineering team.
  • Developing and implementing quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
  • Reviewing codes, specifications and processes.
Quality Manager Position Requirements
  • Background within working as a quality engineer within a manufacturing and production / engineering environment.
  • A PPAP Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Experience using basic inspection equipment.
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft office, excel spreadsheets, word, outlook, zoom and teams).
  • Based within a commutable distance of Nuneaton.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Quality Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary - £30,000 to £40,000 - dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
  • Salary review after completion of probationary period
  • Full time position - 38 hours a week - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm and Friday 08:00am to 14:00pm.
  • 20 days holiday package plus 8 bank holiday days.
