Job Description

We produce Sandwiches, Wraps, Rolls, Bircher pots, and Toasties for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Aldi, Café Nero, Costa, and many more. What youll be doing Contract Type: Permanent - Fulltime Shift Pattern/ Time: Any 5/7, 14:00 - 22:00 Rate: £12.34 per hour Location: Greencore, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate, 7, Carlyon Rd, Atherstone CV9 1LQ(Please note this is a full-time role only)

  • Assemble and disassemble machinery and parts for thorough cleaning during shift transitions
  • Perform hygiene tasks assigned to specific areas, following established protocols, and completing logbook entries as necessary to meet company standards
  • Prepare and oversee cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use and storage of chemicals
  • Report any issues to the supervisor/ manager as per the provided work instructions
  • Advocate for a culture of health, safety, and environmental consciousness in the department
  • Carry out general warehouse hygiene responsibilities and oversee the management and restocking of cleaning supplies, maintaining accountability for their utilization.
  • Flexible and support and lend assistance to other areas in case of high workload or during periods of availability.

  • Proficient in performing general warehouse hygiene duties, including the assembly and disassembly of machinery for thorough cleaning.
  • Strict adherence to written approved procedures for hygiene tasks, with attention to completing logbook entries by company standards.
  • Promotion of a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness within the department.
  • Effective communication abilities, both in reading and writing.
