The Manufacturing process is complex using high-value capital equipment and it involves a mix of mechanical, electrical and process engineering technologies.The site works on a continuous three shift working pattern and there is a high emphasis placed upon equipment availability and adherence to world class standards of operation and maintenance. The successful candidates will support the Production Area LeaderThe Site is growing and investing in new technology. This is an excellent time to be joining as there are fantastic career opportunities going forward within the department and the UK.Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective administration service that supports order achievement and general office management. Process and provide relevant data to management
  • Manage administrative control of the time and attendance process ensuring the timely action of any exceptions for production operators via workday and Microsoft spreadsheets. Liaise with Payroll as required.
  • Support the generation and submission of manual adjustments of pay elements above base salary for production operators.
  • Stock checking and stock organisation and management
  • Helping to formulate and raise supplier purchase orders, plant maintenance requests etc. liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth progression of orders.
  • Producing daily and weekly production reports
  • Other administrative duties as allocated by supervisor
Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standard work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite essential
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) desirable
  • Communicate proactively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
QualificationsNVQ Level 3 Business Administration desirable
