Job Description

Job Title: Office ManagerContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £35,000 to £40,000Location: Atherstone, WarwickshireJoin an exciting opportunity through Macildowie Recruitment as we assist our client in finding a skilled and experienced Office Manager. If you are a conscientious, organised, and proactive professional with a passion for creating efficient work environments,we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:As the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a positive work environment
  • Managing and coordinating administrative functions, including reception, mail, supplies, and facilities
  • Providing executive-level support to senior management
  • Supervising administrative staff and fostering a cooperative team culture
  • Developing and implementing efficient office policies and procedures
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks such as on boarding and employee records
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with basic HR functions
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
