HR Assistant TwycrossBrook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an HR AssistantThis is a contract role based in Twycross for initially 9 months.As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, use of the onsite facilities, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.Salary: £26,000pa depending on experienceJob DescriptionThe HR assistant will help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs aimed at maintaining a safe, positive environment, as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, within a gaming industry. The HR assistant will report to the Senior HRBP and will be involved in the below:Recruiting and staffing logisticsPerformance management and improvement tracking systemsEmployee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeepingEmployee relationsCompany-wide committee facilitationCommunication between the company and employeesCompensation and benefits administration and recordkeepingEmployee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reportingEmployee servicesHR filing systemSupporting Snr HRBP with ROB Some payroll work when this function is on leave etc so can deputise. Ensuring policy is up to date etc Managing Ask HR function answering staff queries on general subjects.
