Job Description

  • Assist the Manager in the reporting and analysis of Special Products
  • Create and maintain bespoke reports using SQL server, Data Warehouse (DWH) and Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate with many departments within the business to accurately track metrics such as sales, order quantities, contracts and delivery dates
  • Ensure appropriate, timely and accurate communication with all departments within the business
  • Produce timely and accurate business forecasts, plans and recommendations to enable the Specialbuy team to make decisions based on key drivers
  • Identify, assess and monitor additional information/data which could be used in decision making, planning and forecasting
  • Provide assistance to the Specials Manager on existing and future Specials projects
  • Work with our IT department to provide expert knowledge on our Specialbuy applications and their function for end users
  • Provide telephone and email support for business systems
