Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the internal administration of the sales and marketing data.If you are passionate about making a positive impact, have the required skills, and are ready to contribute to our client’s success you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and additional benefits.What we need from you as an Administrator:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar sales administration role
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel
  • Be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present information in a user-friendly manner
  • Show a willingness to adapt, learn new skills, and recommend improvements to existing processes
  • Being experienced in a B2B sales and marketing environment would be advantageous
What the role involves:
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Management team to promote and create awareness of our services, products, promotions, and marketing activities
  • Follow-up on service inquiries, provide additional information, and ensure completion of the enquiry process
  • Chase members for order forms and event bookings
  • Work directly with members, offering guidance on product and service usage. Help them to incorporate best practices in marketing by utilising available services and monitoring their activity
  • Utilise and enhance the basic CRM system (Monday.com)
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, to include email marketing, social media, website maintenance and publications
Salary: £24,00 per annum, depending on experience. OTE Bonus - up to £2k.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.Benefits:
  • 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays (increases after 2 years of service)
