Job Description

Learning & Development Partner Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 DOEHours: 37 hours pwLocation: Ashington areaGrafton Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner to join a multisite organisation. Reporting to the Head of People Development, you will require a flexible approach to training delivery, and flexibility in workingacross multiple key sites within the region.The ideal Learning and Development Partner will-

  • Experience using a range of L&D tools and techniques to design, create and deliver effective and best in class training
  • Supporting the integration of a new Customer Relationship Management system and developing customer excellence and behavioural skills
  • Identifying skill gaps, training needs and design solutions which embed the values, up-skill managers and drive talent development whilst maintaining a customer centric and performance focused culture
Then Learning and Development Partner must have-
  • Experience using and administering online learning management systems, creating E learning and using authoring tools and software
  • Designing and delivering a wide range of training solutions including at leadership and management level
  • Relevant training qualification such as PTLLS/CTLLS, CIPD in Learning and Development etc
  • Flexibility - able to work between key sites as per project plan demands
  • Experience of using Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
