Job Description

Complaints AdministratorFull time, 6 Months FTCHousingAshington, NorthumberlandOur team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a full time, Complaints Administrator for a Housing Association based in Ashington. This role will be focusing on receiving and managing customer complaints with a focus on complaints handling, investigation,and resolution.Daily Responsibilities of Complaints Administrator

  • Acknowledge complaints within process timescales
  • Assisting with the investigation of complaints relating to repairs
  • Support in the management and co-ordination of all outstanding repairs work that relate to a complaint through to resolution
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and make recommendation to Head of Service and Managers, ensuring that changes are introduced and implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policy, and procedures
Essential requirements for Complaints Administrator:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working within task driven and time sensitive roles
  • Strong planning and organising skills to ensure priorities are kept and deadlines are met
