A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced dentist to lead this enthusiastic and friendly community dental service team. The service was rated as outstanding by CQC and is part of the award winning Northumbria Healthcare Trust; providing a range of specialised dental services to patients with additional needs across Northumberland and North Tyneside.Northumbria dental service provides care to patients with a range of complex additional needs across all age ranges. In addition to comprehensive treatment provided in primary care settings, additional specialised services include sedation, general anaesthesia, orthodontics and epidemiology.Northumbria Healthcare provides excellent opportunities for professional development and offers peer and professional support. CPD activities are supported and encouraged.The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of this service and will be supported by the operational management team.
