There are positions in Tyne and Wear and Northumberland available for qualified childrens residential workers.You will assist the registered manager in providing excellent care to the children and young people who have been placed in the homes. You will have a passion for delivering individual focused care and striving to improve service delivery in every way thatyou can.The entire focus of the care provision is built around allowing the children to flourish and achieve goals in a safe and secure environment.You will be able to take part in a rota system which includes 2-4 sleep-ins a month for which you are paid on top of the quoted salary.
